Every superhero has some type of origin story that explains where they got their powers.
However, it always seems like it happened in an instant. They were born with it, or some magical thing hits them and they become God-like in their ability.
But then the movie always turns to how they use that power, and it usually means they have to gain self-control and discipline.
So, my question to you is - what's the real superpower? The ability? Or the discipline to use it?
You've been blessed with creative talent by God - but your greatest superpower is your ability to harness it and share it with authenticity and integrity .
That, my friend, can not be done with a wave of a magic wand. It takes YEARS to build that kind of integrity, and it's not pretty or post-worthy.
But it IS worth it.

In the wake of all the political drama, I find myself VERY hesitant to open any social media apps.
But, as we've mentioned several times, we creatives really don't have the option to unplug entirely from this world. It's where our audiences and communities gather. So how can you get connected without being bombarded by negativity.
Here are some apps that allow me to post and share WITHOUT having to sift through the noise of a news feed.
Meta Business Suite - this app, while made by the Facebook / Instagram people, is actually really helpful in AVOIDING Facebook and Instagram because it only shows you your posts and your audience responses. No feed or algorithm. It's perfect for scheduling and keeping track of most of your IG or FB posts.
Canva - You can actually post directly from Canva to your social networks without having to open them. Just connect your accounts to Canva. This saves a ton of time and also prevents you having to download a bunch of images to your computer or phone.
Vizard.ai - my favorite clip maker is also able to post directly to social apps, which is GREAT for YouTube and keeping me from sucked into to watching videos.
MeetEdgar - I've had Edgar for YEARS and it still posts automatically to my social accounts - even posts that I forgot about are automatically surfaced. HIGHLY worth the investment if you are creating a lot of social content.
